Working Capital Hub’s Founder

Alexander Flach is a seasoned expert in working capital and supply chain management with close to two decades of hands-on experience across diverse industries. He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and is a certified Lean and Six Sigma practitioner.

Alexander’s career is defined by his ability to connect strategic vision with operational execution. From designing high-impact frameworks to streamlining day-to-day processes, he bridges the gap between finance and operations.

Known for his pragmatic approach, Alexander has worked with both C-suite executives and factory floor teams, driving significant improvements in cash flow, revenue growth, and cost efficiency for global industrial organizations.

Today, Alexander channels his expertise through his advisory business and by offering curated insights and online courses via Working Capital Hub and its accredited training platform, My Academy Hub.
